Enterprises VS Enterprises, Based in Jaipur, is a logistics and Distribution company specializing in warehousing, clearing & forwarding (C&F) and supply-chain services for the pharmaceutical and health care sector. Their larger facility spans around 55,000 sq. ft. with capacity for 1,500 pallets, including ambient, air-conditioned and cold-storage zones. The HR Executive is responsible for managing key human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation. Support payroll processing and statutory compliance. Assist in performance appraisals and employee engagement activities. Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor laws. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or HR related field (MBA preferred). 0- 5 years of HR experience.
