Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation. Conduct employee orientation and induction programs. 2. Employee Relations Maintain employee records and HR databases. Address employee queries regarding HR policies, attendance, and payroll. Support initiatives that promote a healthy and engaging workplace culture. 3. Attendance & Payroll Maintain attendance records and leave management system. Coordinate with accounts/finance for monthly payroll processing. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). 4. Performance & Training Assist in performance appraisal processes. Coordinate employee training and development programs. Maintain training records and evaluation reports. 5. HR Policies & Compliance Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws. Update and communicate policy changes to employees. Support aud its and documentation for compliance purposes.
