Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database.
  • Organize onboarding sessions for new employees, including orientation, documentation, and introduction to company policies and culture.
  • Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding processes for departing employees
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a healthy work environmentSupport the performance appraisal process by coordinating reviews and feedback mechanisms.
  • Track and manage employee performance data and help managers address performance issues.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee files (both digital and physical).
  • Handling recruitment activities of staff, daily wages, consisting of screening applications, short-listing, fixing interviews and conducting preliminary interviews.
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required.Coordinate training programs for employee skill development and career growth.
  • To give order & Distribution of Identity cards and & name plates.Issue of Show-cause notice, taking disciplinary action and grooming of employees.
  • Maintaining daily Time Office reports and follow up disciplinary action if needed.
  • Management will assign any other tasks and responsibilities based on individual skills, capabilities, and performance.Handling day-to-day inter office correspondence.Assisting in Wage and Salary Administration
  • Assisting the Manager in various other activities.
  • Processing of leave and compensatory off applications.
  • Taking rounds of the departments to see whether the workers have reported to their respective departments.
  • Preparing attendance inputs for salary computation.
  • Performance appraisal across the board.
  • Grievance handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
