Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage employee joining formalities, including onboarding processes.
  • Handle employee grievances and engagement initiatives to improve overall workforce satisfaction.
  • Coordinate exit formalities for departing employees in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all HR-related activities and transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Any graduation degree (Bachelor's/Master's) with an MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of HR administration, generalist activities, joining formalities, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
