Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Collect blood samples from patients' homes, ensuring proper handling and transportation of specimens. Perform phlebotomy procedures with precision and accuracy to minimize sample loss or contamination. Maintain accurate records of test results, patient information, and collection details. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures during home visits. Desired Candidate Profile Male candidates with valid driving license and willing for Home collection 3-8 years of experience in phlebotomy or related field (B.Sc / Dmlt / Bmlt). Strong knowledge of blood collection techniques, including venipuncture and capillary puncture. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare professionals.
