Key Responsibilities: Collect samples by standard procedures. Ensure correct labelling of all collected specimens with patient information and barcodes. Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the collection centre and equipment. Ensure safe disposal of bio-medical waste according to norms. Maintain stock of collection materials and request replenishments in a timely manner. Record patient information and sample details in the system. Handle patient queries and provide basic information. Ensure timely transportation of samples to the main laboratory. Adhere to infection control and patient safety guidelines at all times.
