Your Role: HR Executive

As an HR Executive, you will oversee core HR activities, from operations to recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and policy management. You will be a trusted partner to leadership and employees, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals while promoting a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain HR records and update employee data in HRMS or relevant systems.

Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting and feedback cycles.

Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal events.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data protection regulations.

Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism and empathy.

Coordinate training programs and track learning & development initiatives.

Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and workforce planning.

Facilitate onboarding and induction programs to integrate new hires smoothly into the organization.
Requirements

Bachelordegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

12 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.

Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus.

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to IT/technology or consulting industry HR practices.

Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or ATS platforms.

Knowledge of labor laws and basic compliance requirements.

Understanding of employer branding and talent engagement strategies.
