We are seeking a proactive and driven HR Executive who can balance talent acquisition with core HR operations. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys hiring in a dynamic environment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and actively contributing to a positive employee experience. The position will primarily focus on recruitment while also supporting HR operations and engagement initiatives.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to clearly understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates on time.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and innovative sourcing methods to build a strong talent pipeline.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Manage day-to-day HR operations such as employee documentation, leave tracking, and HR records.
Coordinate with admin teams for office and employee-related activities.
Support employee engagement programs, feedback collection, and performance-related processes.
2–3 years of experience in recruitment and basic HR operations.
Strong communication, multitasking, and sourcing skills.
Working knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search techniques.
