Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding
Posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews
Coordinating onboarding processes and orientation for new hires
Recruitment and selection Process within stipulated timeline
Need to be responsible for the sufficient manpower in all department.
Employee Relations
Acting as a liaison between employees and management
Addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
HR Policy Implementation
Enforcing company policies and procedures
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
Performance Management
Supporting appraisal processes and performance reviews
Assisting in setting KPIs and tracking employee progress
Training & Development
Identifying training needs and organizing development programs
Supporting career growth initiatives and succession planning
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Assisting with payroll processing and benefits enrollment
Managing leave records, attendance, and statutory compliance
HR Data Management
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
Generating reports for audits and management reviews

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
