HR Executive

Role Overview: As a part of the recruitment and HR development team, your main responsibilities will include participating in recruitment efforts, scheduling job interviews, conducting training sessions, and maintaining records of employee participation. You will play a key role in the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are equipped with the necessary resources and information to succeed within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications - Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process - Collecting employment and tax information - Ensuring background and reference checks are completed - Preparing new employee files - Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation - Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.) - Conducting benefit enrollment process - Administering new employment assessments - Serving as a point person for all new employee questions - Conducting training sessions - Administering on-the-job training programs - Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs - Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in recruitment, HR development, or related fields - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Note: This job offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, food provision, and health insurance.
