Job Summary:

We are looking for a mature, responsible, and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. Female candidates aged between 40–50 years with prior experience in HR. Preference will be given to candidates with a School Teaching Background.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment and hiring process
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews and onboarding formalities
• Organizing team bonding and employee engagement activities
• Monitoring attendance and maintaining leave records
• Supporting day-to-day HR operations and documentation

Requirements:

• Age: 40–50 years
• Gender: Female
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in HR or similar roles
• Qualification:
• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required)
• Additional certification in HR/Administration preferred
• Preferred Background: School teaching, administration, or HR
• Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Workspace)
