We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day business operations, overseeing HR functions, and ensuring a smooth workflow across all departments. This is a critical role that supports our team's growth and overall efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee daily business operations and administrative tasks. Allocate tasks to employees and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met. Act as a point of contact for internal staff regarding operational needs. Human Resources: Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit. Maintain employee records and confidential HR documents. Handle employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues. Payroll & Compensation: Process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Manage employee leave records, attendance, and expense reports. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding compensation.
