Were Hiring Human Resource Executive (5 Openings) Location: Gurgaon Shift: Night / Rotational Experience: Minimum 1+ years in HR Job Summary Were looking for dynamic Human Resource Executives to handle core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture and aligning HR practices with business goals. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, coordinate with department heads, and oversee onboarding. Employee Relations: Drive engagement activities, resolve grievances, and promote a positive work environment. Performance Management: Assist with appraisals, feedback systems, and performance evaluations. Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, update HR manuals and SOPs. Training & Development: Organize training sessions, monitor results, and suggest improvements. HR Administration: Maintain records, process payroll inputs, leaves, and benefits documentation.
