As an HR professional in this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding of candidates. Additionally, you will support HR operations by handling documentation, employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
