HR Executive

We are a fast-growing IT company building a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ownership. As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a dynamic HR Executive who will play a critical role in driving recruitment, shaping organizational culture, and strengthening employee communication.

Role Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing positions.

Ensure smooth onboarding experience and effective induction for new hires.

Culture & Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives that build a positive work culture.

Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring organizational values are reinforced across teams.

Employee Communication & Support

Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and communication.

Facilitate transparent and proactive communication between management and employees.

Draft HR communications, newsletters, and announcements.

HR Operations Support

Assist in maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.

Support payroll inputs and compliance requirements in coordination with the team.

Qualifications

Experience in HR Management and HR Operations

Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) tasks

Proficiency in Training & Development

Excellent Communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
