Job Responsibilities:

• Communication Skills: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with employees, management, and external partners.
• Leadership Quality: Demonstrate leadership capabilities by guiding and mentoring junior staff, and taking initiative in HR projects and activities.
• Generalist Skills: Manage a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
• Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Payroll: Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Quick Learner: Adapt swiftly to new HR software, systems, and procedures, staying updated with the latest HR trends and practices.
• Knowledge of HR Policies: Apply a thorough understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws to ensure compliance and address employee queries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
