Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & OnboardingPost job openings on relevant job portals and social media. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. Employee RelationsServe as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Help foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives. Assist in resolving workplace conflicts or issues. HR Operations & AdministrationMaintain and update employee records in the HRMS. Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, promotion letters, etc. Monitor attendance, leaves, and timesheets. Performance ManagementSupport the execution of performance appraisal cycles. Assist in tracking employee performance and development plans. Compliance & Policy ImplementationEnsure compliance with labor laws and HR policies. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documents. Help implement and enforce company HR policies and procedures. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in an HR role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, ATS). Excellent organizational and time management skills.
