HR Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital).
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage daily administrative HR tasks such as attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll support.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards.
• Assist in performance management processes and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
