Administrative Support: Manage calendars and appointments for clinic staff and doctors. Handle phone calls, emails, and patient communications professionally. Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks. Clinic Operations: Greet patients and visitors, providing a friendly and professional experience. Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and responsible Pharmacist to join our clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate dispensing of medications, maintain inventory, and provide excellent patient care and guidance regarding prescriptions and over-the-counter medications. Key Responsibilities: Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster Verify prescriptions and ensure compliance with medical and legal standards Provide medication guidance, dosage instructions, and usage precautions to patients Provide assistance other medical services such as injections, blood pressure/ temperature measurements etc. Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain adequate stock Check for expired or damaged products and ensure proper storage of medications Maintain records of prescriptions, bills, and stock as per regulations Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare staff regarding prescriptions Ensure adherence to pharmacy laws and ethical standards.
