RG Elder Care Foundation, a reputed elder care and healthcare service provider headquartered in Coimbatore, is looking for a passionate and dedicated **HR Executive / HR Manager** to join our team.

The role involves handling **end-to-end HR operations** including recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and payroll. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a desire to create a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

* Recruitment & Onboarding – Source, screen, interview, and onboard staff.

* Payroll & Attendance – Process payroll, maintain leave and attendance records.

* Statutory Compliance – Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.

* Employee Relations – Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities.

* HR Policies – Maintain and implement HR policies and documentation.

* Performance Management – Support appraisals and training needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW (HR) / BBA in HR.

* Experience: **2–5 years** of HR experience (healthcare/NGO sector preferred).

* Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary

₹9,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
