About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles. The ideal candidate will work closely with regional leadership to fulfill hiring requirements efficiently while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with regional heads and stakeholders to understand and forecast hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri), social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Conduct interviews via telephonic, video, and in-person modes.
• Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers and gather timely feedback.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers and directors.
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates regarding interview outcomes.
• Draft, update, and manage job postings; coordinate with the creative team for job creatives.
• Issue offer letters and address candidate queries related to compensation and benefits.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and trackers.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth joining of new hires.
• Proactively anticipate and plan for future staffing needs.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk sales hiring, preferably in the BFSI sector.
• Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and social media hiring.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
