HR Executive (Recruitment)

Location: Camp, Pune

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our consultancy team at Hunt Mantra. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting top talent for our BPO clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and a passion for building relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for BPO roles, ensuring they meet the job requirements and client expectations.

Job Postings: Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Candidate Screening: Conduct initial telephonic or in-person interviews to shortlist potential candidates.

Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Client Coordination: Liaise with BPO clients to understand hiring needs, job descriptions, and timelines.

Onboarding Support: Assist selected candidates with documentation and onboarding processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

6 months – 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or BPO hiring.

Strong knowledge of BPO hiring requirements, job roles, and processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
