Role & Responsibilities : The Operations (Exam Coordinator) profile is responsible for providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service. In this position, you will be required: To comply with all the installation & testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies. To record all the incidents occurs in the execution of the project. Coordinate with the people on the field through various ways and ensure the delivery. Download the projects reports as proof of execution and completion of the project and keep the record, ensure 100% collection of the reports. Ensure the closure of the test centers. Provide support to the logistics team by coordinating with exam body whenever required. To represent the organization in examination body by visiting their office. To meet officials in the examination bodies and ensure the information flow with reporting the same to company. Preparation of database and Conduction of Examination. Maintain Exam documentation, records and reports. Preferred Candidate Profile : Candidates based in Bhopal or nearby Bhopal region can apply.
