Operations - Executive/Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

Role & Responsibilities :

The Operations (Exam Coordinator) profile is responsible for providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service. In this position, you will be required:

• To comply with all the installation & testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies.
• To record all the incidents occurs in the execution of the project.
• Coordinate with the people on the field through various ways and ensure the delivery.
• Download the projects reports as proof of execution and completion of the project and keep the record, ensure 100% collection of the reports.
• Ensure the closure of the test centers.
• Provide support to the logistics team by coordinating with exam body whenever required.
• To represent the organization in examination body by visiting their office.
• To meet officials in the examination bodies and ensure the information flow with reporting the same to company.
• Preparation of database and Conduction of Examination.
• Maintain Exam documentation, records and reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

• Candidates based in Bhopal or nearby Bhopal region can apply.
• Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work a variety of shifts any day (Monday to Saturday)
• UG: Graduation in Any Specialization
• PG: Post Graduation in Any Specialization (Note: PG is Mandatory for Assistant Manager & Deputy Manager)
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred
• Should have good experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Google Drive)
• Experience Required:

* Executive/Sr. Executive - 3 to 6 Years

* Assistant Manager - 6 to 8 Years

* Deputy Manager - 8 to 10 Years
