Job Description

Role Overview: You will be an integral member of the team, supporting the recruitment process by creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract potential candidates. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and identifying qualified individuals, screening incoming resumes, and ensuring suitable candidates progress in the selection process. Additionally, you will play a key role in scheduling and coordinating interviews with shortlisted candidates and may assist in conducting initial interviews. Maintaining and updating candidate databases accurately and providing regular communication to candidates on application status will be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms - Source and identify qualified candidates through online channels - Screen incoming resumes and application forms - Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates - Assist in conducting initial interviews - Maintain and update candidate databases accurately - Provide regular communication to candidates on application status Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Proficiency in English - Full-time position with Provident Fund benefits - Work location in person at Mapuca, Goa (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
