HR Executive

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from posting job vacancies to facilitating the onboarding process. Your duties will also include maintaining accurate employee records in the HR database, addressing employee queries and grievances, and organizing engagement activities to boost employee morale. In addition, you will play a vital role in supporting performance appraisal processes and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also be expected to prepare various HR reports and documentation as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess a Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 14 years of experience in an HR generalist role. A good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are crucial for effectively handling employee interactions. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is also required. This is a full-time position based in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. The ability to commute to the office or willingness to relocate to the area is preferred. A Master's degree is a mandatory educational requirement, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR is necessary for this role.
