Role & responsibilities 1. Manage recruitment and onboarding for store positions. 2. Foster positive employee relations and resolve workplace concerns. 3. Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations. 4. Drive performance management and training programs. 5. Experience: Fresher - 2 years in HR, preferably in the retail sector. 2. MBA/MSW 3. Fluency in Local Language & Tamil 4. Proficiency in HR tools, labor law knowledge, and exceptional interpersonal skills
