Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, policy implementation, compliance, and daily HR operations. --- Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews. Handle end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation and orientation. Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee information. HR Operations: Handle attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs. Assist with performance appraisal process. Support in employee grievance handling and resolution. Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Engagement & Communication: Organize employee engagement activities and events. Assist in internal communication initiatives and feedback collection. --- Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3 years of experience in HR or a similar role preferred. Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR management software (HRMS).
