Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • manages the end-to-end hiring process, from identifying staffing needs with hiring managers to sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers or the broader hiring team
  • Maintaining consistent communication with candidates throughout the entire hiring process, providing updates, and answering their questions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain candidate data, and track the progress of several requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience in HR or client relationship management is a plus.
