Job Description

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
  • Support payroll preparation and leave/attendance management.
  • Handle employee queries and provide necessary HR support.
  • Assist in performance review cycles and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate training, learning & development programs.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master s degree in Human Resource Management

    or a related field.
  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in HR roles.
  • Strong

    communication and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Ability to use

    HR digital tools and HRIS systems

    .
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
