Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth employee relations, and supporting the organization’s growth through efficient HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, documentation)
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Assist in the performance appraisal process and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Support training and development initiatives
Address employee queries and foster a positive workplace culture

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR roles (freshers with strong skills may also apply)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software (HRMS)
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
