Job Description

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals). Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers. Manage onboarding formalities including offer letters, documentation, and induction. 2. Attendance & Payroll Support Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and shift schedules. Provide accurate data to the accounts/payroll team for salary processing. 3. Employee Relations Address employee queries related to policies, attendance, or HR issues. Support in grievance handling and maintaining a positive work environment. Assist in employee engagement activities and events. 4. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain employee records and HR databases. Draft and issue HR letters (appointment, confirmation, warning, PIP, etc.). Ensure adherence to company policies and help implement new policies. Assist in statutory compliance documentation (PF/ESIC/Gratuity etc., if applicable). 5. Performance Management Coordinate performance reviews with department heads. Track probatio n completion and confirmation processes.
