Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, invoices, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with salons, retailers, distributors, and modern trade partners for product availability and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information (pricing, offers, new launches, etc.).
Work closely with marketing teams for beauty campaigns, product sampling, and promotional events.
Track stock availability and coordinate with supply chain/logistics for timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate sales reports, distributor performance records, and monthly sales trackers.
Support field sales executives with scheduling, appointments, and client communication.
Assist in the execution of trade shows, beauty exhibitions, and product launch events.
Monitor competitor activities in the beauty & cosmetics segment and share market insights with the sales team.
Ensure smooth after-sales support including handling customer complaints or queries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,691.92 - ₹35,824.03 per month
