HR Executive (Payroll)

As an HR Executive at our company located in Jagatpur-Gota, Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions with 1-2 years of experience. Your responsibilities will include recruitment and talent acquisition, maintaining attendance and leave records, calculating salaries and incentives, handling statutory compliance, and processing Full & Final settlements for exited employees. In terms of recruitment and talent acquisition, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals. You will conduct both telephonic and in-person interviews, coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, schedule interviews, manage feedback, and follow up with candidates. Additionally, you will release offer letters and coordinate onboarding formalities for selected candidates. Furthermore, you will be required to maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records accurately. You will also be responsible for calculating salaries, incentives, bonuses, and deductions for employees. Handling statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, TDS, PT, and generating required reports will be a part of your routine tasks. Moreover, you will process Full & Final settlements for employees who have exited the organization. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires your presence at the office location.
