Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial shortlisting based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS/Excel/HR tools).
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.
  • Provide support in onboarding activities when required.
  • Prepare reports and trackers related to recruitment activities.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn/job portals is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
