Job Title: HR Executive Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager / Head of HR Location: Zirakpur Job Type: [Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract] Job Summary: The HR Executive plays a key role in supporting and implementing HR initiatives, policies, and practices. They assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and other HR functions to ensure the efficient operation of the HR department. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Handle employee onboarding and off boarding processes. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Administer HR-related documentation such as employment contracts and offer letters. Support payroll preparation and leave management. Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring legal compliance. Organize employee engagement activities and performance appraisal processes. Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues (e.g., policies, compensation, benefits). Prepare HR reports and support audits as needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with care. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR or a related role. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.
