Job Description

As an HR professional, you will be responsible for various key areas within the organization: Recruitment & Onboarding: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job advertisements to assisting in hiring decisions. - Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including induction programs. Employee Relations: - Foster positive relationships among employees and promptly address any concerns or grievances. - Assist in conflict resolution and maintain a productive work environment. HR Administration: - Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details and attendance. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Training & Development: - Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. - Maintain training records and report on program effectiveness. Compliance & Documentation: - Ensure HR activities comply with legal requirements and assist in preparing HR reports. - Maintain internal databases and documentation. Performance Management: - Assist in the performance appraisal process and implement employee recognition programs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 0.6-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software/systems.,
