HR Executive

Company: Nuke Technologies Pvt Ltd Experience: 2–3 Years Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience) Location: Chennai Job Overview We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who can independently handle end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll activities, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate must be strong in PF & ESI, comfortable managing HR documentation, and capable of maintaining smooth HR processes within the company. Key Responsibilities 1. Payroll & Attendance Manage monthly payroll processing accurately. Check and verify employee attendance, permissions, LOP, and leave records. Maintain payroll reports and salary statements. 2. Statutory Compliance Handle PF & ESI operations independently. Generate PF challans, ESI challans, and maintain statutory records. Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory requirements. 3. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → scheduling → onboarding. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents. Conduct employee induction and orientation. 4. HR Operations Maintain employee files, HRMS data, and records. Handle employee grievances and support day-to-day HR activities. Maintain discipline, attendance policy, and company HR rules. Assist in drafting policies, rules, and HR documents. 5. Employee Lifecycle Management Manage confirmation, appraisal, transfers, and internal movements. Handle resignations, exit interviews, asset recovery, and full & final settlements. Requirements 2–3 years of experience as HR Executive or HR Generalist. Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, and payroll processing. Ability to manage complete HR operations independently. Good communication and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets
