HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for café and backend teams (bulk and lateral hiring)
• Support onboarding and induction of new team members
• Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement activities
• Coordinate training & development sessions with internal teams
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and documentation
• Manage grievances, exit processes, and employee queries

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience (QSR, hospitality, or retail industry preferred)
• Comfortable with bulk hiring and field-level operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools is a plus
• Must be open to travel and field visits to NBC cafés
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setup

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
