Key Responsibilities of a Field HR Executive: Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process for field-based roles, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Design and update job descriptions Source potential candidates from various online channels Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Training and Development - Orientation : Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Compliance and Policy: Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and relevant regulations.
