Using a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) model, NBC serves in large quantities while maintaining superior quality. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Human Resources professional located in Ahmedabad. Some work from field is acceptable. The Field Human Resources professional will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Daily tasks include recruiting, onboarding, and managing employee relations, as well as ensuring HR compliance and fostering a positive work environment.
