Job Description

  • We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support a positive workplace culture.
  • The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, and office administration efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Create and post job descriptions as per hiring requirements
  • Manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
  • Handle office operations and administrative tasks
  • Manage petty cash usage and maintain expense records
  • Plan and coordinate birthdays, festivals, and office celebrations

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes
  • Ability to manage multiple HR and admin tasks
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR records
