HR Executive

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions, focusing on recruiting, training development, and conflict management. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership to enhance our organization's structure and culture.

Duties

• Manage the recruitment process by utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to identify and attract top talent.
• Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and enhance employee skills.
• Oversee organization design initiatives to ensure effective workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Facilitate conflict management processes, providing guidance and support to employees and management.
• Maintain and manage Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate employee data tracking.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Supervise HR staff, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high performance within the team.
• Assist in contract negotiations and management as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in a specialist or generalist role.
• Proficiency in UltiPro or similar HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of organization design principles and practices.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to mediate disputes effectively.
• Experience in training development and implementation for diverse employee groups.
• Familiarity with recruiting processes and best practices using ATS tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership while maintaining a strategic focus on HR initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all HR functions are executed efficiently.
