Job Title: HR Executive Job Location: Hyderabad (WFO) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 2 years About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR and Admin Executive to lead and oversee the end-to-end HR. The candidate should have prior experience in managing payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and performance management. This is a critical role in ensuring that our team thrives in a supportive, compliant, and high-performing environment. Responsibilities: Drive recruitment efforts to hire top talent for key roles across departments. Develop and implement hiring strategies, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes. Oversee HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and compliance with labor laws. Manage payroll processes, employee records, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.). Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution. Develop and enforce HR policies in alignment with company goals and legal requirements. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in HR and administration. Strong understanding of HR practices, payroll, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
