  • Employee On-boarding and Orientation
  • Maintaining the leave Register of employees
  • Maintaining employee attendance
  • Vender Management
  • Preparation of letters like appointment, increment, experience letter etc
  • Maintaining data base of employees
  • Handling the admin activities
  • End to End Recruitment (If Required)
  • Handling Reimbursement
  • Policy development and documentation
  • Performance Appraisal
  • Updating Process Manual as implementation of the same
  • Conducting Employee engagement program
  • Handling Employee Grievance
  • Maintain record of Fixed Assets
  • Exit formalities of employees

Required Key Skills:

  • Masters in Human Resources
  • Good communication skill
  • Knowledge in computers like MS office
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • People Management skill
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
