HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to join our hospitality team. As an integral part of the HR department, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment and onboarding, ensure compliance with hotel policies, and help create a positive and engaging work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle – job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and offer letters.
• Handle pre-employment documentation and background verification.
• Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs for new hires.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally.
• Support staff welfare and employee engagement initiatives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture aligned with hotel standards.

HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently.
• Manage uniforms, ID cards, and other HR-related logistics.

Compliance & Performance

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Support the performance appraisal process and employee evaluations.
• Assist in training and development programs for hotel staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
• Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and payroll processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information responsibly.
