As an integral part of the HR department, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment and onboarding, ensure compliance with hotel policies, and help create a positive and engaging work environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate the full recruitment cycle – job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and offer letters. Handle pre-employment documentation and background verification. Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs for new hires. Employee Relations & Engagement Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally. Support staff welfare and employee engagement initiatives. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture aligned with hotel standards. HR Operations & Administration Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately. Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently. Manage uniforms, ID cards, and other HR-related logistics. Compliance & Performance Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations. Support the performance appraisal process and employee evaluations. Assist in training and development programs for hotel staff. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry . Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and payroll processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
