Role Overview
The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, supporting hiring, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance for Knooviq Industries Pvt. Ltd. growing teams.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
· Coordinate hiring for Sales, Marketing, Trainers, and Operations.
· Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
· Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
· Support onboarding and induction programs.
HR Operations
· Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
· Manage attendance, leave, and HR trackers.
· Support payroll coordination and compliance processes.
· Ensure HR policies are followed.
Performance & Engagement
· Support performance reviews and appraisal cycles.
· Track KPIs in coordination with managers.
· Organize employee engagement activities.
· Handle basic employee queries and concerns.
Experience & Skills
· 1–3 years of HR experience
· Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
· Good communication and coordination skills
· MS Excel, HR tools, and documentation skills
KPIs
· Hiring turnaround time (TAT)
· Offer-to-join ratio
· Employee engagement scores
· HR compliance accuracy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
