Responsibilities:
1. To Maintenance of all machineries and equipment’spresent within premises.
2. Review preventive maintenance sheet on machine.
3. Verify daily Poka yoke.
4. Maintain maintenance KPI monthly.

1. To stop the machine for maintenance during running.
Designation : Maintenance Assistant
Reports to: Maintenance Executive
Responsibilities:
1. To Maintenance of all machineries and equipment’s present within premises.
2. Review preventive maintenance sheet on machine.
3. Verify daily Pokayoke.
4. To attaint all the breakdowns, repairing and maintenance of all equipment as and when inform.
5. Responsible for all types of repair & maintenance like electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil.

Reports to: General Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborating with PPC department to ensure production schedules are met in time.
2. Monitoring and improvement of overall utilization of Man, Machine, material, resources in the plant.
3. Monitoring production progress and making adjustments as needed.
4. Responsible for Coiling till Dispatch.
5. Managing employee schedules and workload.
6. Supervise production activities to ensure they will finish in time and within target.
7. Housekeeping of Plant & implementation of 5S principles.
8. Overall responsibility of Product Quality.
9. Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
10. Resolving any production-related issues or bottlenecks as they arise.
11. Review worker performance and identify training needs.
12. Ensuring that machinery and tools are in good working condition.
13. Identifying opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency.
14. Facilitating communication within the team for smooth operations.
15. Serving as a liaison between shop floor workers and upper management.
16. Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes.
17. Ensure and maintaining the efficiency, safety, and quality of manufacturing or production processes.
18. Ensuring that the shop floor operates in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
