Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and compliance in a child-focused environment. The ideal candidate will ensure staff meet standards for working with children and help foster a positive, safe, and engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and background checks for staff.
Support payroll coordination and HR operations.
Assist in staff training, engagement, and child safety awareness. Address staff queries and support grievance resolution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Empathetic, child-safe mindset, and team player.
